ZnO Film Flexible Printed Circuit Board pH Sensor Measurement and Characterization

چکیده

An electrochemical zinc oxide (ZnO) pH sensor is proposed and prototyped using a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB). The device resistant to acidic alkaline solutions exhibits excellent electrical conductivity. sensing film was deposited by radio-frequency sputtering, providing dense ZnO layer, (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane (APTES) used enhance the chemical stability of in solutions. has an average sensitivity 37.52 mV/pH, linearity 0.995, repeatable RSD value 2.4%. Testing conducted with Carmody’s buffer 2–10 voltage-time measurement system. prototype determined drift hysteresis effects.
